You decide whether clients can turn on Auto-Renewal

A new setting lets you control whether clients can enable Auto-Renewal from the CONNECT app. It is switched off by default, so you remain in control.

Auto-Renewal creates the next subscription automatically. When used with Auto Pay — currently supported through compatible payment gateways — the payment can also be collected automatically, helping reduce missed renewals and delayed payments.

Review staff attendance with class schedules in view

Staff attendance reports and CSV downloads now include the total number of scheduled classes, giving managers more context when reviewing attendance.

Set up ESSL mappings in bulk

If you use ESSL biometric devices for attendance or access control, you can now map employee and student codes in bulk instead of linking them one by one.
