We are looking for a Technical Writer to update our User Guides in support page using wordpress to make it easy for our users to adopt our SAAS apps. And to build a chatbot to answer queries of our clients.
spynPRO is a SAAS product for academy owners, event organizers and facility owners to manage and grow their business.
We are changing the way academies teach their students, organizers manage events and facilities manage slot booking.
Currently, we have a support page support.spyn.co however we need to update it as per the new features & changes made including simplifying navigation. We also need to build our chatbot to help our users find the relevant resources while using the app.
Here are some things you’ll be doing in the role (but not limited to):
- Using wordpress, update our support website and publish up-to date user guides.
- Build our chatbot using existing bots.
