May 2025 – Invoices, Staff & Smarter Scheduling! 🧾👥🗓️
This month, we’ve focused on making your invoicing, staff management, and scheduling more flexible and professional. Here’s what’s new:
1. Client Address on Invoice PDF Invoices now display the client’s address for a more complete and professional look.
2. Hide Tax Number on Invoice PDF If tax isn’t added, you now have the option to hide the Tax Identification number (GST) on the invoice PDF. Keep it relevant and tidy!
3. Smarter Invoice Titles If tax isn’t applied on an invoice, the title will now simply say “Invoice” instead of “Tax Invoice”. Keeping it accurate and clean!
4. Thermal Printer Support Need to print invoices on an 80mm thermal printer? Now you can! Perfect for quick, compact receipts.
5. Mobile Number for Staff While adding staff, you can now enter their mobile number for better communication and record-keeping.
6. Flexible Due Date Settings When setting a due date, you can now select a start date and add or subtract days (+/-). More control, less confusion!
7. Staff Tooltip on Class Schedule Hover over a class on the schedule to see all assigned staff names in a tooltip. No more guessing who’s handling what! 8. Bulk Reminders for Late Fee Transactions You can now send bulk payment reminders to students who’ve been charged a late fee. A gentle nudge, made easier!
