We are looking for a Senior Manager – Sales & Marketing – to help us reach out, demo & sell our SAAS products to companies in India and abroad.
We have 4 products
- AcademyPRO, EventsPRO & BookingsPRO are SAAS products for academy owners, event organizers and facility owners to manage and grow their business.
- Workpod is for business owners to manage and grow their business (Under development).
To ramp up sales exponentially, we are looking for experienced, self-motivated individual who can manage and build our mktg. & sales team.
To be successful in this role, you need to be experienced in the following –
- Inbound / outbound qualification, discovery calls, product demos, negotiating terms, closing the sale and then helping the customer in setting up and meeting their goals.
- Generating leads via Digital marketing – Social Media, SM ads, Google ads etc
Here are some things you’ll be doing in the role (but not limited to):
- Develop Marketing & Sales strategy
- Recruit marketing/sales executives to grow our team
- Manage the team & set monthly & quarterly quotas
- Introduce our product to prospects, understand their needs and pain points
- Demo the features / benefits to owners or decision makers
- Suggest appropriate plans, negotiate and close deals
- Ensure customer success & build customer relationships
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound reach, cold emails, skype chats or phone calls or anything to reach out to prospective customers.
- Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries.
- Engage current customers to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence.
- Execute planned sales activities and develop a target list of high potential new customers.
- Resolve customer queries & complaints regarding sales and services

- IT skills to demo the product and answer queries
- Experienced in SM marketing, fb & google ads etc.
- Experience in sales development, preferably at an Internet startup or SaaS industry.
