Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to help us provide world class support services to our clients.

spynPRO is a SAAS product for academy owners, event organizers and facility owners to manage and grow their business.

About our Sales Team

Telemarketers, field reps and customer support executives work together to provide customers a world class experience of our software. Customer Support answers all customer queries swiftly and professionally. They build on the customer relationship initiated by the field reps.

Here are some things you’ll be doing in the role (but not limited to):

  • Calling new customers to check if there are any issues, giving online demo if required
  • Answering customer queries via calls / emails
  • Calling and setting up meetings for field reps with leads and references

So, what are we specifically looking for?

  • Minimum 1 year experience in tele calling or customer support, preferably in software products
  • Fluent in English, Hindi
  • Good listener
