About the Role
We’re looking for a curious, creative and detail-oriented Technical Content Writer Intern who enjoys exploring technology and explaining complex ideas in simple, engaging language.
You’ll work with our Product, Customer Success and Marketing teams to create content that helps customers understand our software and helps new businesses discover spynPRO.
What You’ll Do
- Product Documentation: Write clear support articles, FAQs, tutorials and step-by-step guides, including screenshots and videos where useful.
- Release Notes: Explain new features and improvements in simple, engaging language.
- Website & SEO Content: Research and write blogs, feature pages and search-friendly content.
- Marketing Content: Create social media posts, product announcements and customer-focused content.
- AI & Automation: Use AI tools to research, draft, edit and improve content while ensuring accuracy and originality.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent written English and the ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Curiosity about software, technology and how things work.
- Good research skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback and take ownership.
- Basic SEO, WordPress, Markdown or SaaS knowledge is a plus, but not required.
Writing skills and curiosity matter more than your degree or experience.
