We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to help us provide world-class support services to our clients.

spynPRO is a SAAS product for academy owners, event organizers and facility owners to manage and grow their businesses.
We are a small but growing team of 9 that is changing the way academies teach their students, organizers manage events and facilities manage slot booking. Take your career to the next level with us.

Here are some things you’ll be doing in the role (but not limited to):

  • Calling new customers to check if there are any issues, giving online demo if required.
  • Answering customer queries via calls/emails.
  • Adding knowledge base in our support platform to keep our chatbot up-to-date.
  • Setting up and managing support ticketing platform.

So, what are we specifically looking for?

  • Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling or customer support, preferably in software products.
  • Fluent in English, Hindi.
  • Good listener.
  • Preferably, experience in working on a client support platform.
