Is the company bootstrapped or funded?
We are a bootstrapped company. So, there is no fear of us running out of VC funds.
Do I need a credit card?
Not really. If you wish to purchase a paid subscription, you can bank transfer the amount.
Do you provide support?
We provide support to clients via email, whatsapp and phone call. Our timings are Mon-Friday 9:30am-6:00pm
Can I import data from excel?
Yes, you can import client and enquiry data. Our support team will guide you in formatting the file as per the requirement.
Is my data safe. What is your privacy policy?
We use Amazon servers to process your data and follow standard practices to protect your data.

Is spyn PRO difficult to use?
Not at all. While we have packed a lot of features, we have also kept it simple. Our super quick support team will guide you if you get stuck.
Can I stop the subscription and retrieve my data?
Anytime. You can retrieve your data to an excel file using the export data option.
Will I get a refund on cancellation?
We provide a 7 day free trial for you to check the app. After you subscribe, you can cancel anytime and access data till end of subscription period. But no refund will be issued.
Are there any other charges like setup fees?
No, there are no other charges. If you opt for payment gateway & whatsapp messaging, (currently available only in India), you will be charged by these third party vendors. We do not charge.
