  • Is PRO difficult to use?

    Not at all. If you can use whatsapp, you can use PRO. Our super quick support team will help you if you get stuck.

  • Will my subscriber data be shared with anyone?

    No. Never. Privacy is our priority and your data shall always be safeguarded.

  • Do I need a credit card?

    Not really. If you wish to purchase a paid subscription, you can bank transfer the amount.

  • Can I stop the subscription and retrieve my data?

    Anytime. You can retrieve your data to an excel file using the export data option.

  • Will I get a refund on cancellation?

    You can cancel anytime and access data till end of subscription/trial period. But no refund will be issued

  • Are there any long-term commitments or cancellation fees?

    No. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription anytime. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

  • Are there any other charges like setup fees?

    No, there are no other charges. If you opt for online payment, Instamojo payment gateway charges of Rs.2.35% (incl taxes) is applicable. If you opt for SMS notifications, SMS pack to be purchased by you.

  • What is the subscription period?

    You can purchase plan monthly and annually. You get 2 months extra in annual plan (20% extra).
